What to Expect Inside Nourished Motherhood

Here’s what you can expect month by month:

This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a guided, step-by-step journey to deeply understand and heal your body—designed for real moms, real life, and real results.

Month 1: Nourished Foundations

Laying the Groundwork: Before we dive into labs, we start with your foundation. You’ll begin the Nourished Course to learn how to support your body through minerals, stress management, blood sugar balance, and daily rhythms.

You’ll also send in your HTMA test during this phase so we can start customizing your care.

Month 3-4: Gut + Hormone Restoration

Repair, Rebuild, Restore: With your gut test results, we’ll move into a 4R protocol (Remove, Replace, Reinoculate, Repair) to clear pathogens, rebalance digestion, and rebuild your body’s absorption and energy systems.

This is where deeper shifts begin.

Month 2: Minerals + Metabolism Reset

Restoring Your Body’s Spark: Using your HTMA results, we’ll begin a targeted plan to restore depleted minerals—your body’s fuel for energy, hormone health, and stress resilience.

We’ll also send in your GI test during this phase to prep for gut healing work.

Month 5–6: Sustain + Refine

Long-Term Balance + Resilience: We’ll refine your protocol, support what’s working, and adapt where needed. If hormone symptoms are still lingering, this is when we might run a DUTCH test to get even more clarity.

The goal? You finish this program feeling informed, empowered, and in sync with your body.
